Part of the broader 'Moves Corredores de Recarga' program, this initiative aims to establish nearly 2,700 fast-charging points. The primary focus is on strengthening the infrastructure along Spain's key transport corridors, addressing one of the most significant barriers to EV adoption: range anxiety during cross-country trips.
By prioritizing rapid charging technology, the government intends to modernize the existing network while significantly increasing the density of available plugs.
