The joint charging venture established by energy giants Iberdrola and BP Pulse has officially begun migrating its operations to the Driivz software platform. This strategic move is designed to streamline the management of their expanding electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure across the Iberian Peninsula.
Strategic Infrastructure Management
Currently, the venture oversees approximately 2,500 fast and ultra-fast charging stations located throughout Spain and Portugal. By adopting the Driivz platform, the partnership aims to leverage advanced software capabilities for better network reliability and user experience. Driivz has characterized this migration as a move of significant strategic importance for the region's EV landscape.
This transition reflects a growing trend among major charging operators to utilize unified, scalable software solutions to manage complex, high-power charging networks as consumer demand for electric mobility continues to rise in Europe.
