Marketed as a "life utility vehicle" (LUV), this electric four-seater enters the market with a competitive starting price of $15,000. The vehicle features a distinctive boxy, open-air design intended for versatility in urban environments.

The Chip is categorized as a low-speed vehicle (LSV), with a top speed capped at 25 mph. This positioning targets a specific and rapidly growing segment of the electric vehicle market: users looking for an alternative to traditional cars for short-distance daily trips, such as neighborhood errands or local commutes.
