Hyundai Motor Group, the parent company of Hyundai and Kia, has announced the creation of AllDayEnergy, a new sub-brand designed to consolidate its advanced energy services. The brand will serve as a central hub for smart charging solutions, vehicle-to-grid (V2G), and vehicle-to-home (V2H) technologies.
Expanding the Utility of EVs
AllDayEnergy aims to streamline how electric vehicle owners interact with the energy grid. By bundling bidirectional charging capabilities, the group seeks to transform EVs from simple transportation tools into mobile energy storage units that can power homes or support the electrical grid during peak demand.
Market Rollout
The brand is set to debut its first smart charging services in the United Kingdom. Following the initial launch, Hyundai Motor Group plans to expand the AllDayEnergy ecosystem to additional international markets, further integrating its electric fleet into the global energy infrastructure.
